The nurse asked Bob to remove his clothes and put on a gown before the doctor arrived.
“In front of you?” he asked shyly.
“Well no,” the nurse replied, “but I’ve seen the naked human body before.”
“Not one like mine,” Bob warned. “You’d die laughing.”

“I’m a professional,” she assured him. “In over twenty years, I’ve never laughed at a patient.”
“Okay then,” Bob said, dropping his trousers.
What was revealed shocked her — Bob was a massive man with the smallest adult male organ she had ever seen. It was nearly identical in size and shape to a AAA battery.

The nurse struggled to hold it in, but a giggle escaped. That turned into laughter, and soon she was laughing at herself for laughing. Mortified, she quickly composed herself.
