The Mount Paran Christian School community is mourning the sudden passing of longtime Spanish teacher Angela Coleman, whose death at the age of 51 followed unexpected complications from the flu. Her loss has deeply affected students, colleagues, and families who remember her as a dedicated educator and a compassionate presence.

In response to the news, the high school campus closed for the day to allow students and staff time to grieve and support one another. Coleman had served at the school for nearly 15 years, where she was known for her enthusiasm for teaching and the strong relationships she built with her students.
