In one case, a housekeeper entered a room after checkout and noticed towels piled unusually on the floor. Upon closer inspection, the towels were covering multiple piles of human waste, with additional mess found hidden behind the shower curtain. The odor was overwhelming, and the experience left staff deeply shaken.
Another worker recalled discovering an entire pizza scattered throughout a guest room. Slices had been pressed onto furniture, smeared across the television, left in the sink, tangled in the bedding, and even stuffed inside a lampshade. There was no explanation—only confusion and a lengthy cleanup.
