Tammy Slaton Of The 1000-lb. Sisters Shows 500-Pound Weight Loss Transformation In New Video

Tammy Slaton, star of *1000-Lb. Sisters*, recently celebrated a major milestone in her weight loss journey, shedding an impressive 500 pounds. In a TikTok video posted on August 17th, Tammy synced her emotions with Andra Day’s song “Rise Up,” showcasing her transformation alongside six other “weight loss warriors.” Together, the group has lost a total of 2,078 pounds. Tammy expressed her pride in the caption, writing, “I’m incredibly proud of all of you. You have stunning external features in addition to your inner beauty.”

Since the show’s debut in 2020, Tammy has openly shared her struggles. After 14 months in a weight loss rehabilitation facility and undergoing bariatric surgery in July 2022, she has continued to document her journey, losing 485 pounds by December 2023.

Tammy has also celebrated other personal achievements, sharing, “I did ride some rides at Disney World…I used to detest life, but now I value it.”

In July, Tammy mourned the loss of her husband, Caleb Willingham, but continues to stay positive, with her weight loss surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith, commenting, “You are killing it!”
