Pamela Anderson is now 55 years old and choosing to reveal her ‘natural’ face

Even as they get older, women are under a lot of pressure to ‘appear’ younger. And for women in Hollywood, that pressure is amplified significantly. Similarly, Pamela Anderson has had procedures done to make her look younger.

But the actress has had enough and wants to watch herself as she ages.

Pamela Anderson was arguably one of the world’s most popular women in the 1990s. Whenever she left her house, crowds of paparazzi followed her, and fans recognized her everywhere.

But now, at 55, the former model and Baywatch star wants the world to know her for more than her appearance. She wants everyone to know she’s a writer, activist, and dancer.

The former Playboy Bunny said she has never thought of herself as a remarkable beauty. In her new Netflix documentary, she admits, “I never felt like a tremendous beauty. I just felt like I had fun.”

As a former model, you’d expect her to be obsessed with retaining her attractiveness and youthful appearance. But the ‘Baywatch’ actress claims she wants to do anything but that. She has chosen out of beauty operations and wants everyone to know how delighted she is to see what she looks like as she ages.

For this reason, she does not want to have cosmetic operations because she is eager to see what she will look like when she “looks old”.

“I can’t wait to see myself old. I always said that I would recognize myself when she looked at me in the mirror. I want my hair to be naturally gray, not to wear makeup. I mean, that’s my comfort state,” Pamela said in an interview.

She knows many of her colleagues who have undergone surgery to remove wrinkles or other symptoms of aging. She states, “Many women who were classic beauty icons have struggled with aging. I don’t think it’s difficult for me and I don’t want to fall for it. I don’t want to do all these crazy things to myself,” she explained.

She did relent and had a breast augmentation treatment when she was younger, but she has since had her implants removed. She regretted her surgery.

She is now determined to avoid operations that will cause her to ‘not recognize herself’ as she ages.

The former model and actress bares her soul in her new Netflix documentary ‘Pamela, a love story’ to show the world she has always been much more than a pretty face. And at this age, she has dropped all pretenses and wants to be accepted just as she is.

Pamela Anderson looks stunning even without cosmetics or cosmetic surgery at her age!
