The crowning moment for Stoica and Hurricane arrived during the grand finale on September 27. Earlier in the evening, they took center stage, performing a routine choreographed to the timeless hit “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen. Their performance exuded a nostalgic charm, reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour, as Hurricane assumed the role of a director, expertly guiding her human co-star around the set. The devoted pup even weighed in on costume choices, accompanied Stoica to his dressing room, and, in a delightful twist, assumed the role of the romantic lead opposite a cardboard cutout of Judge Sofía Vergara. As the scene reached its climax, Stoica invited the real actress to join them on stage, where Hurricane stole the spotlight once again.

The judges were left in awe by this extraordinary performance. Howie Mandel marveled, “That was amazing. I’ve never seen anything like it.” Heidi Klum couldn’t contain her adoration, exclaiming, “What is not to love? Hurricane is adorable, the smartest dog I’ve ever seen. This whole thing was adorable.” Even the typically stern critic, Simon Cowell, couldn’t resist rising to his feet, offering the duo a standing ovation. “She should be in a movie or a musical because she’s the star,” Cowell lauded.

As the season’s victors, Adrian Stoica and Hurricane received the grand prize of $1 million and the honor of headlining the “America’s Got Talent” Presents Superstars Live show at the Luxor Theater in Las Vegas. If their comedic routines are any indication, this brilliant dog and her talented human partner are bound to become the talk of the town, leaving a trail of smiles and laughter wherever they go.
