Actress Wenne Alton Davis, best known for her appearance on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, has died at the age of 60 following a traffic accident in New York City.
According to authorities, Davis was struck by a vehicle around 9 p.m. Monday while crossing near West 53rd Street and Broadway. She sustained severe head and body injuries and was transported to Mount Sinai West Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
The driver, a 61-year-old man operating a 2023 Cadillac XT6, remained at the scene and was not injured. As of Wednesday, no charges have been filed. The NYPD Highway District Collision Investigation Squad continues to investigate the incident.....
