The WWE legend passed away on July 24, 2025, after suffering a cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida. His sudden death closes the final chapter on one of the most transformative careers in sports entertainment.

TMZ Sports reports that emergency responders rushed to Hogan’s residence early Thursday morning, where he was quickly taken away by ambulance. Just months prior, he had undergone a minor neck procedure and was reportedly recovering well. His resilience through years of surgeries had long amazed fans—more than 25 procedures in a decade, including back, knee, hip, and shoulder operations.
