You’re a top marksman if you can spot the de*dly sniper hiding in this picture

Photographer Simon Menner took the shot with the concealed person.

A photographer managed to grab a shot of a lethal sniper hiding from his target, but can you find him?

If you’re looking for a challenge this weekend, or if you just want to show once and for all that you’re slightly better than your brother, friend, or spouse, here is the page for you.

From optical illusions to obvious flaws in the matrix, there are many sights out there that our minds struggle to grasp and require a closer look to fully comprehend.

Simon Menner, a photographer, captured examples of this in his ‘Camouflage’ series, which focused on documenting a variety of situations with one element in common: snipers were disguised in each shot.

Personally, I wouldn’t stay long enough to snap a photo if I knew there was a highly experienced shooter nearby, especially if I couldn’t see them, but Menner stayed firm and fired the shot.

The camera shot, that is.

Menner’s website describes his work as follows: “Even though they are invisible due to their professionalism, there are hidden snipers in each of these images.” They’re aiming at the camera, and so at the spectator.

Menner was able to obtain the photographs thanks to the German, Lithuanian, and Latvian armies, who provided him with ‘full access to their snipers’.

“I am extremely grateful for the openness I did encounter,” he told me.

So, can you figure out the sniper in this photo?

Menner captured the image by focusing his lens on a skyscraper emerging from a snowy backdrop. He stood a little distance away under some trees, but the rest of the landscape seemed to be unoccupied.

Obviously, we now know Menner was not alone in the vicinity when the photograph was taken.

If your eyesight is especially good, or you just use the zoom button and put in the effort, you may be able to detect the sniper.

If you still don’t see him, let me point him out.

The sniper is really hiding in a breach in the wall on the second story of the tower, tucked away in the corner with his pistol aimed at the camera.
