Martha Stewart’s perfect reaction to haters who claim she should dress her age

Martha Stewart, the famed entrepreneur known for her culinary prowess and exquisite home decor, is making headlines again.

This time, however, it isn’t for her most recent recipe or DIY endeavor.

Stewart, 82, is fighting ageist prejudices and embracing her individualism, especially in her wardrobe choices.

While attending the Fashion Group International Night of Stars gala in New York City, Stewart was asked about her approach to dressing at her age. When asked about “dressing for one’s age,” Stewart easily dismissed the idea, saying (via Huffington Post): “Dressing for whose age?”

Stewart’s defiance of age-related fashion conventions is inspiring for all women. She brazenly declares that she does not consider age while making dress decisions, saying, “I don’t think about age. I believe people are becoming more fabulous than they have ever been in their senior years, and I admire each and every one of them,” according to Page Six.

Her confidence shines through as she confidently adds, “I’ve dressed the same since I was 17.”

Beyond her red carpet outings, Stewart has been making headlines on social media with her daring fashion statements. Stewart embraces her sensuality and self-expression wholeheartedly, from poolside photos to becoming the oldest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model ever.

In an honest interview, Stewart acknowledged her joy at being recognized as a sex icon at her age, seeing it as an opportunity to empower others. “I’m a teacher,” she told the Huffington Post. “I’m trying to show people that you can look good. There’s no need to droop around.”

When asked about her future plans to post “thirst traps” on social media, Stewart retained her usual wit and spontaneity. Stewart’s casual approach to life is both appealing and inspiring, whether he’s joking about taking a photo with a polar bear in Greenland or simply leaving it to fate.
